Jackbit Casino operates under licence OGL/2024/1562/1139, granted by the Curaçao Gaming Authority on 15 May 2026 and subject to that authority's ongoing supervision.

Continued use of the account after a change enters force constitutes acceptance. A player who does not wish to be bound may close the account and withdraw any cleared balance.
Registration, verification and account conduct
One natural person may hold one account. Duplicate registrations, accounts opened on behalf of another individual, and accounts operated by automated software are closed on discovery, and bonus winnings attached to them are forfeited.
We reserve the right to request proof of identity, address, age and source of funds at any point in the relationship. Pending withdrawals are held until the requested documentation has been assessed, normally within seventy-two hours of a complete submission.
Residents of territories where remote gambling is prohibited, and residents of jurisdictions we have chosen to exclude, may not register. Circumventing a geographical block by proxy, VPN or falsified address is a material breach and results in confiscation of stakes and closure of the account.
Deposits, withdrawals and dormant balances

An account with no login for twelve consecutive months is treated as dormant, and an administrative charge may be applied monthly against a remaining balance up to the value of that balance. Notification is sent to your registered address before any charge begins.
Bonuses, wagering and prohibited play
Every promotion carries its own terms specifying the qualifying deposit, the wagering multiple, the maximum permitted stake while a requirement is outstanding, the game weightings and the expiry period. Those specific terms prevail over the general description shown on a banner.
Placing stakes above the declared bonus ceiling, low-risk betting on opposing outcomes, and manipulating game mechanics to lock in a return without genuine exposure are all treated as abuse. In such cases the bonus and any proceeds derived from it are cancelled, while the original deposit remains withdrawable.
Malfunction voids all plays and pays. Where a fault in software or hardware produces an incorrect outcome, the round is annulled and any credit arising from the error is reversed, whichever party it favoured.
Liability, complaints and governing law
The platform is supplied as it stands. Interruptions for maintenance, connectivity failures on your side, and outages at a game studio are outside our control, and our liability in any event is capped at the balance standing in your account at the moment the issue arose.
Complaints should be raised first with our support desk, which acknowledges within twenty-four hours and aims to resolve within eight working days. A player dissatisfied with the outcome may escalate in writing to our complaints manager and, failing agreement, to the Curaçao Gaming Authority as the body supervising licence OGL/2024/1562/1139.
This agreement is governed by the law of Curaçao. Should any single clause be found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. The English text is authoritative where a translation has been provided for convenience.
